Hello Friends!
Today, I am going to share my favorite sweaters and my first winter here in Central Texas. I am so happy about this long weekend! My family came to visit me and I will have new things to share later. Also, this week will be the release of my first podcast episode. For 2021, I decided to explore the world of podcasting. It will be a fun, new, and exciting way to provide content on lifestyle and trends. In this blog post, I will share my experience with my first winter in Central, TX. Also, be sure to check out all my favorite sweaters for the winter, featured down below!
This time Last weekend, Georgetown had a major snow day; a Texas Blizzard. I grew up in San Antonio, which is two hours from Georgetown and it never snows in these parts of Texas!! This winter, Central, TX received an astounding 1-2 inches of snow. The white blanket created a clean polished look over the town. The snow came down around 10 AM and the momentum was vigorous. The huge clumps of white fluff eventually paved the streets which made driving difficult. My hubby and I decided to take a trip into town and see its white beauty. It was a charming experience. We bought a couple of sandwiches, came back home, and snuggled up with our pups. It snowed occasionally in North Carolina but in Texas, it was almost unheard of. I asked the locals how often it snows in Georgetown, they said it was rare. They also mentioned the last snowfall before 2021 was in 2018.

The sweater I am wearing here was from SHEIN which I bought two years ago. It is so cute with these flowy elegant feather pompoms. Unfortunately, this exact sweater is no longer available but SHEIN is offering another sweater that is very similar in a pretty light blue color. To view it, you can click on the link HERE or check it out down below. Also, be sure to check out my other cozy sweater picks for the winter and leave a comment! I would love to know what is one of your current favorite winter trends?
