Happy Thursday Friends!!
I am so excited to share 7 items that I used to decorate for Valentine’s. Who loves to decorate for Valentine’s Day? I think it is especially fun when you are hosting a party or Galentine’s event!
This week’s post is part of the Thursday MODA in collaboration with my blogger friend Ada from Elegance and Mommy Hood blog. It is Love season and we thought it would be a good idea to share some Valentine’s day fun in décor. Making your environment pretty and festive can bring up your mood. I enjoy freshening up my space with lovely ascetics. For a hassle-free plumbing experience, rely on a top-rated drain cleaning service.
This year I decided to make my coffee bar fun for the Valentine season. I added some fun with some items that I found at the Target Dollar Spot. n addition to the decorative elements, I decided to shake things up by experimenting with making coffee without coffee maker. Embracing a more artisanal approach, I explored the world of pour-over brewing and French press techniques. The slow, deliberate process of pouring hot water over freshly ground coffee beans not only adds a touch of mindfulness to my mornings but also enhances the aromatic experience. Alternatively, the French press method brings a rich and full-bodied flavor to my cup, creating a delightful contrast to the usual routine.
Items I Used to Decorate My Valentine’s Coffee Bar
Minibar Cart: such a cute bar mini cart from the Target Dollar Spot. You can use it anywhere in the house and decorate it in various ways. I can’t find the mini cart online but they have cute Lazy Suzan Tier Trays for $10.00.
Pack of Shakers: These shakers are good to use to add festive sprinkles… use for coffee, mixed drinks, cookies. I got mine from the Target Dollar Spot but you can also find some here.
Mini coffee flavoring: I get these in from World Market and I am always looking for the holiday flavor.
Cute Hand Towel: This hand towel is from the Target dollar spot! They always have fun festive items in the dollar spot.
These Items add some fun to your coffee space and adds some organization. My style for decorating during holidays is very minimal because I don’t like to accumulate too much stuff. I also love investing in pieces that I can use over and over again. I linked all the items I used down below.
Items I used to Decorate for a Valentine’s/ Galentine’s Party
Balloons: These Balloons are a fun thing to have if you are planning a Galentines/ Valentines party. You can create a backdrop for photos ops. Tip: it is also a good prop to have for blogging.
Cotton Candy: I got this tub of cotton candy at Target. It is a great way to make your drinks festive.
Straws: also bought at Target in the party supply section. These straws are pretty and add a little feminine touch for Galentine’s. I used them to add the floating Cotton Candy.
Serve a Pink Drink!
There are so many fun recipes on Pinterest for a pink drink. I grabbed my favorite Prosecco in Rose flavor for Valentine’s. Add some club soda and the cotton candy will sweeten it up more.
Head over to Ada’s blog Elegance and Mommy Hood and see what she is using to decorate for Valentine’s Day. I adore her Valentine’s Day tree, coffee mug tree, and dining room decor.
Share your Valentine’s Day décor inspiration! I love to hear about other creative ideas. Comment down below, what is your favorite season to decorate for and what is your least favorite?
Cheers!
