Happy Summer!!
I have decided to come out with a summer TBR Booklist. The sun is shining, and the days are getting longer. Summer is the perfect time to relax and indulge in some light reading. Back story: I read fiction books as a pre-teen, teenager, and young adult. As I got older, I became more interested in non-fiction books, plus finding time to read became hard. Recently, I was introduced to the trend of summer romcoms, and I have been intentional with my summer reading.

If you gals have Lemon 8, it is a cute little app; I noticed the trend of summer reads on this app. I found many fiction books that take place during the summer with cute cover art. My sister got me into the Summer I Turned Pretty Series.
My TBR Booklist
We Will Always Have Summer by Jenny Han: I have read volumes 1 and 2 of the series. Let me tell you; it is so good! I only have one more book to go. I can’t wait to get started!
The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald: I read this book in high school. I appreciate and understand it more in my adult years. It is a tragic romance, and I love the era it takes place in, during the Roaring ’20s.
Happy Place by Emily Henry: Lemon 8 has suggested this book every time I log on to the app. I love summer vibe books and will be purchasing this book soon. This book is about a romance that ended, but because they decided to pretend to be together still, I am sure this lie will bring them back together again.
