As we all know, I am obsessed with fall! It is not only the adorable fashion trends; it’s the yarning for cooler weather and pumpkin spice lattes, haha! I can’t wait for the leaves to turn colors and for Halloween, one of my favorite holidays.

Today I am rounding up a few of my favorite items that I am caving for this fall season. Let’s get to it!

Fall Trends

One// Swarovski Crystal Pearl Logo Stud Earrings// $78.00

I have been on the hunt for a pair of simple earrings and these pearl earrings will be a great staple item to wear during the fall and at any time of the year.

Two// Turnlock Cross Body Bag// $39.90

This bag from Express looks like a designer bag but it is only for the fraction of the price. A great item to look expensive with!

Three// Wool Sidewalk Skirt// $52.00

I have this J Crew Factory skirt in Tan now I want one in Grey! This skirt will be a great addition to my fall wardrobe and would pair perfectly with a cardigan and tall boots!

Four// Frida Zip Around Leather Wallet// $198.00

I am obsessing over Tory Burch this season and I want more! Next on my list is this wallet, which would also be a great addition to the start of my collection.

Five// Perfect Roll Tab Sleeve Tunic// $27.90

This casual lightweight tunic comes in 7 different colors and would be great for fall. I can see this tunic styled with jeans or even a skirt.

Ruffle Sleeve T-Shirt Dress

How cute is this Ruffle Sleeve T-Shirt Dress?! I originally bought this dress during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and it is back in stock! This dress satisfies my craving for fall items that I can wear during the heat of summer. I love how effortless this dress is. There are many ways you can style it! You can find this dress in three different colors; Dark Olive, Heather Grey, and Woodrose. I honestly love all three of them! For summer you can wear it with flats or ankle booties! For fall you can wear it with tall boots/booties a scarf, and with this cardigan. Hurry up because this Tan Rib Knit Cardigan is about to run out! Finally, these sunnies are by far my favorite pair for the fall season! I love the mirrored frames!

If you’ve watched my IG stories or read this blog post here, you would know that I’ve questioned the entire Nsale because this is the first time I shopped it. My overall assessment of the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is:

– A ton of items did not restock after the wholesale however, some have

– During Public Access there were hardly any restocked items however people do return items so keep looking!

– If you are looking to monetize and you buy an obtainable item from the sale, you must blog about it right away because it will sell out

I hope everyone has a great week! I am finishing up an important class for Equal Opportunity; I am ecstatic to be in this class. I’ve learned a lot and I hope it will help me out with some more career progression.

Bell Sleeve Top + Reviewing A Few Beauty Products I’ve Tried

Beauty Products I Love

I always get excited when I buy new beauty products! There is something about trying new beauty products that makes me feel rejuvenated. I also feel great in the sense that I am upping my game for self-preservation. I am all about taking care of myself!

Here are a few beauty products I’ve tried through other suggestions from bloggers like Caitlin at Southern Curls and Pearls. I am going to share my personal experiences with these items so let’s get to it!

Whirl Trio Interchangeable Styling Wand

I bought this set a year and a half ago and I hardly used it because:

– My 1” barrel broke within two months

– I personally don’t like how it curls my think hair; it makes my hair too puffy like a lion, haha!

– I am not into the wands too much, I prefer a clip barrel

The curls do last and it is a great product it just wasn’t for me. I did spend almost $300 on it so I did not want to get rid of it. During the Nsale, I went looking for the replacement 1” barrel and I stumbled upon an attachable clip barrel, so you can imagine my excitement!

Convertible Defined Curls Interchangeable Clip Barrel

This clip barrel will give you a looser wave, which I love. I had a little mishap with it when I used it on the highest setting and it burnt some of my ends so, be careful with that! I’ve used it on the highest setting with the other wands with no problem. I supposed with the clip holding the ends a lower setting is recommended. Also, the curl does not last as long as with the other barrels. However, I still love this product.

Slip for Beauty sleep ‘Slipsilk’ Pure Silk Pillowcase

I have nothing but positive things to say about this pillowcase! I recently wrote a review on this pillowcase calling it a “Life Changer”. This pillowcase makes my hair feel so soft when I wake up in the mornings also, my face is rejuvenated every day. It is by far the best beauty product I have recently bought! The way this pillowcase works, it will not absorb any expensive conditioners in your hair or any lotions you put on your face allowing these products to work their magic while you sleep. Plus, you are reducing the appearance of wrinkles because the smooth silk fibers will not pull on your face at night.

This darling bell sleeve sweater is perfect for this coming season. I love its navy color styled with cognac or even taupe. This sweater also comes in a darling heather gray color. The sleeves are so flirty, I adore it!

August is here but the fall season is still over a month away! It is back-to-school season so there’s a ton of shopping going on, a lot of great deals! I cannot get enough of these fall trends. I am on the hunt for another perfect transition outfit from summer into the fall season. I love all the fall trends that are starting to hit the shelves. The only problem with all of this is the hot weather! Today, I will share how to style Fall Outfits During Summer

Believe it or not, it is quite easy to style fall items for the summer. With this outfit, I took a simple camisole and styled it with a tan cardigan. You can wear this cardigan with different variations and you will have a summer look and a fall look. This outfit allows you to wear it during the early mornings of summer. Let’s not forget, when you go out to restaurants or when you are indoors where the air conditioner is freezing, this cardigan will keep you warm.

This BP Cardigan is from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and I am OBSESSED! The Nordstrom sale ends on the 6th of Aug so be on the lookout for more restock and returns before the sale is over. I styled my outfit with a pair of light wash blue jeans and these Corbin Genuine Calf Hair Slide Loafers. Love these Wheat Leather Corbin Slide loafers too! Some say these Leopard loafers fit true to size but I needed to size up by 1/2.

On another note, I received a couple of beauty products that I am crushing on over the weekend! This Silk Pillowcase leaves my hair feeling soft. I love this T3 Clip Barrel for my T3 Whirl Trio wands. I was never a fan of curling wands and prefer the clip barrels instead. The wands also make my think hair too curly and puffy. Does anyone else prefer clip barrels?
