Have you ever heard of Gomiblog? It stands for: “Get Off My Internets”. It’s a place where girls who are annoyed go to vent. Why do fashionista’s have a huge snarking community? Why is it that we observe others and call each other out?
If you ever see this website, there is some serious snarking being done. Women express annoyance towards bloggers/influencers on Instagram and other platforms. A place where girls share commonality anonymously. They can be vicious.
Looking for a Girl Gang
Lately, I have been looking for a good support group for my blog and Instagram. I randomly met a local blogger who is about the same niche as I am. I told her I was a local blogger too and she kindly dismissed me. Unfortunately, I did not get a good vibe with her. She never supported me with engagement back or anything. It was almost like she did not care that I was a small blogger like herself, that information was dismissed and irrelevant.
Bashing Gomi Blog
I’m not here to bash this website. Some girls just want to vent! My question is, how far is too far? I wanted to make you aware that of this website, in case you did not know about its existence. If you are going to have some kind of success in the influencing world, there is a possibility that you’re going to end up on the Gomiblog website.
